1. Check whether the clamping of your vehicle is compliant with this list
2. Ask the bailiff to remove the clamp quoting the point of law the clamping is unlawful.
3. If the bailiff refuses to do so, deploy Pay & Reclaim
4. Report the matter to Action Fraud online and read this list of criteria to make your complaint fit.
5. Do an EAC2 complaint about the bailiff.
6. Execute a chargeback, or,
7. Reclaim it from the creditor through the courts.
